3.3 Sustainability and continuation


Sustainability, long-term impact and continuation
Describe the follow-up of the project after the EU funding ends. How will the project impact be ensured and sustained?
What will need to be done? Which parts of the project should be continued or maintained? How will this be achieved? Which resources will be necessary to continue the project? How will the results be used?
Are there any possible synergies/complementarities with other (EU funded) activities that can build on the project results?

According to the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the undergraduate education system mainly consists of 4 years. Higher education is conducted on a full credit module system.
In the 2nd year of the project, it is planned to open the "Computer Linguistics" undergraduate course in the higher educational institutions participating in the project.
In-depth teaching of programming and foreign languages is planned. The purpose of this is to attract not only the domestic labor market, but also foreign partner organizations and the private sector as personnel customers.
Qualification practices are planned at the end of each course. In this way, students adapt to labor market relations faster.
The course is divided into special and pedagogical specializations, so part of the graduates are involved in the educational system.
In order to enter the international arena, cooperative relations with higher education institutions in the project will be maintained and developed, personnel exchange with their business partners will be established. Scientific and methodological cooperation will be continued.
Material resources are required to continue the technical part of the project (software, computer systems, etc.).
Graduates have qualifications such as creating a national corpus of the Uzbek language, creating software, producing multimedia products, teaching computer linguistics, and can continue their careers in the fields of science, education and industry.
Based on this direction, it is possible to open directions related to artificial intelligence.
