Furthermore,  my  work  experience  in  Prosecutor’s  office,  Samarkand 

City  municipality,  Law  firm,  Legal  Clinic  and  currently  at  Law  Office  has 

helped me to gain insight into the mechanisms of protection and restoration of 

rights. Considering all burning issues of our society I realized that I want to 

study the experience of developed countries. 

Nowadays, European Union has reached its apogee of development. As 

the  majority  of  the  developed  countries  of  the  world  are  located  within  the 

territory of the region, protection of human rights and freedoms are ensured 

at the highest level with the main focus of all political and economic actions 

directed  to  the  rights  of  ordinary  people,  it  makes  Europe  attractive  to 

conduct deep research on the topics of politics, culture and society. Therefore, 

my greatest desire is to study how Europe has made political, as well as social 

and cultural advances and contributes to efforts in improving the process of 

global development.

 

Moreover,  study  of  the  rich  experience  of  the  EU  in  creating  legal 

framework  for  the  regulation  of  migration  crises,  as  well  as  experience  in 

applying the provisions of the Geneva Convention on the status of refugees in 

relation to asylum seekers and in regulating the flow of illegal immigrants can 

provide  incredible  support  to  the  Republic  of  Uzbekistan  in  the  future, 

especially if our country decides to join the Geneva Convention.

study this programme and why in Europe and relate it to Uzbekistan). 

Finally, I am attracted to the opportunity to study with young bright people 

from  different  cultures  and  communities,  discover  more  about  their  culture  and 

values, as well as legal norms they respect and follow.
