5.3.2. Technology of working with cars that require inspection, correction of loading or reloading.
5.3.2.1. Train receivers, having discovered carriages in trains arriving at the station that require inspection, correction of loading or reloading, transfer their numbers to the senior receiver, who, having informed the DSC about this, draws up reports of a general form and transfers them to the STC. The STC operator marks these cars according to the specialization of the tracks on which the corresponding operations are performed.
5.3.2.2. When such cars are found in the marshalling yard, the train receiver marks them with chalk according to the specialization of the tracks on which the corresponding operations are performed, indicating the conditional marking of these operations, for example: “Covered, requiring inspection or reloading”, “Gondola cars and platforms for reloading (except bulk) or loading corrections", reports the car numbers and the nature of the faults to the senior receiver.
5.3.2.3. The DSC gives an order to the DSPG to uncouple and rearrange the car.
5.3.2.4. DSC constantly monitors the supply of cars with commercial defects to the places where work is carried out to eliminate them, preventing the accumulation of such cars in the area of the formation depot.
5.3.2.5. To correct the loading or reloading, the cars are delivered to the container site of OJSC Uzzheldorcontainer at the Chukursay station. Uncoupled elimination of commercial defects is carried out on the accumulation path after fencing the track, or by supplying a car with commercial defects to a non-electrified track.
5.3.2.6. When cars with codes 829, 529, 200, 700, 329 arrive at the station, a general report is drawn up signed by the STC operator and the car inspector. Cars are rejected for current uncoupling repairs, and are rejected for registration of faulty cars. Within 24 hours, the car data is transferred to the accounting department to obtain new numbers. After receiving new car numbers from the accounting department, the cars are reprinted and the faulty cars are removed from the register.
