5.1.4. Technology for uncoupling cars from finished trains
5.1.4.1. The case of uncoupling of cars from a finished train due to increased length, weight, or a specific car with a technical or commercial defect.
5.1.4.1.1. The senior operator of the STC fills out an application in the form of a work order for uncoupling cars from the train in the form:

“I ask you to uncouple from the train (destination) according to the length (number) of cars, or the number of the (specific) car due to commercial defects or technical defects (underline).”

5.1.4.1.2. The order request is submitted to the duty officer at the departure station by STC operators.

5.1.4.1.3. Based on the received order, the duty officer at the departure park station gives the task to the train compiler and the park duty officer at post No. 3 in the form:

“Unhitch from the train on track No.___ (number or No.) of cars.”

5.1.4.1.4. After uncoupling the cars from the train, the train organizer communicates by radio the numbers of the uncoupled cars to the duty officer at the station of the departure fleet.

5.1.4.1.5. The duty officer at the station of the departure park, noting on the work order and checking the correctness of the task of uncoupling or coupling cars, transmits information about the uncoupling or coupling of cars to the senior STC operator and the park duty officer to formalize the adjustment in the full-scale sheet and withdraw or replenish documents for uncoupled or coupled cars from package.
5.1.4.1.6. The duty officer of the fleet (senior operator of the STC), after receiving information about the uncoupling or coupling of a car from the finished train, removes or inserts a document, then sends them to the STC through the driver of the shunting locomotive with a signature in the book of acceptance and delivery of documents, informs the duty officer about the removal or replenishment of documents departure park stations.
5.1.4.1.7. The senior operator of the STC, after receiving information about the number and compliance with the application of uncoupled or coupled cars by entering correction messages into the computer, receives a full-scale sheet for the train ready for departure, taking into account the uncoupled or coupled cars, and transfers it to post No. 3 through the locomotive crew.
