4. The park duty officer (DSPP-3) is prohibited from:
- use faulty telephone and speakerphone connections.
- use faulty brake shoes;
- travel on the step of the carriage;
- crawl under carriages;
- remove brake shoes from under the compounds without specifying the chipboard;
- remove brake shoes from under the trains manually without using a special hook;
- placing foreign objects under cars to secure trains or groups of cars;
- walk around cars at a distance of less than 5 m from the automatic coupler;
- work in unidentified workwear and special footwear;
- work without a signal vest;
- show up for shift drunk or under the influence of drugs, as well as use drugs during the shift.
