Theme: Behaviors Topic: Four Styles of Behavior Plan:
Introduction Behavior styles: a)the analytical style; b)the driving style; c)the amiable style; d)the expressive style; Conclusion Looking around a room before a lesson, most students have puzzled over the diverse behavior on display. Why does one student sit in and talk jump from topic to topic or next one start talking up the new project, while another shrinks back in a chair, studying the lesson? And what about the group who has a important lesson in 90 minutes, so where’s the agenda, and how soon will this lesson end? And I mind that the life in society or job in colleague goes on like this lesson. So we can understand most factors of a person’s behavior by observing and listening. Through close observation, the dimensions of behavior of others can be identified. This awareness provides an insight to greatly enhancing relationships with them. To understand the best way to communicate with another — and get an accurate read on how they are responding — social scientists suggest a kind of “style profiles” that identifies specific behavior types. There are four “style profiles,” built around different levels of assertiveness and responsiveness, that can help us understand how different individuals and how communicate with us.
