I am going to complaint about wrong service of one of your nurses. She injected the syringe into wrong place. Because of her fault, my condition was worsened. As a result, I wasted my time for lying in hospital, and had to spent another money. If this happened to you, what would you do and how would you feel?!
I am hoping you to exchange and punish that nurse, otherwise, the honour of your hospital will decrease recently.
You had better give this issue your urgent attention, or else I really will have to take illegal action!
