Purpose of this report is to give some information about the role of small a business in Karshi and make the reader aware of how important are small businesses in the economy of a company.

This report is about a mini-football stadium which is located in Karshi, near the Kashkadarya river.

1.History of the business
Back in 2014, my uncle had a ground near the Kashkadarya river. At that time he was planning to build a house for his son in that place. But one day he changed his mind and came up with the idea of building a stadium instead. When I asked him why he made this decision, he said he noticed there were no any football stadium around the area and he knew many kids are playing football in bad conditions. Therefore, he wanted to invest his money to build a stadium. At the same time, he had another small business of selling automobile parts which he got the money to build the stadium. The construction continued for a year or so, and today a lot of people still playing in that particular stadium.

2.The role it plays in its industry
This industry is completely dominated by small businesses. The role of this business is very important in its industry in Karshi as there are not many mini stadiums in Karshi. When it comes its industry, it produces 30% of the total output in Karshi.

3.Economic contribution
First of all, it creates employment, which contributes to the country’s GDP, though a little compared to other bigger businesses. This business helps generate economic growth and it is important because there are no larger businesses in Karshi that can provide the same service. Because of being asmall business it is able to be dynamic, make new changes and provide better services without much effort.

4.How its size is measured
If we are talking about the revenue it makes and the employees it is not a big business but when it comes to its size in its industry it is a large business but in general it would be reasonable to call it a small business. Because its industry is completely owned by small businesses.

5.Ownership
The business is owned by a sole trader which is the most common form of ownership. There is only a single owner, however, the business employs 3 people.
6.Economic sector
As the business provides people with stadium to play football, it is in tertiary sector.
