Procedure for the lesson

How do you refuse unsafe work? What do you know about the Occupational Health and Safety legislation?
Activity 1	To teach students to read and understand about the Occupational Health and Safety legislation. https://youtu.be/chTlzBg8r58	Individual work	2min	Individual work for students and provide more information about work safety.
Activity 2	To check students’ understanding about the video and video helps them to build their language skills more tightly	Individual work	8 min	-Explain students that they are going to do the quiz. 1) explain students that they are going to correct the sentence and build up the right structure 2) explain students that they are going to match the given tasks with the provided jobs.
Activity 3	To discuss and compare your ideas with those in the reading text: In what ways can a company’s HR department help promote health and safety within the company?	Group work	20 min	Explain students that they are going to divide into two groups and read the text provided. Half of the text is given to one group of students and the other one will be given the second one. After having finished reading, students are going to discuss and explain the text parts to one another.
Activity 4	To improve students’ overall reading comprehension and check their understanding about the text	Individual work	10 min	Ask students to do these statements match the information in the text and mark each statement as true (T) or false (F)
