3.1.6 Personnel/Skills. Proper training is required to operate the instrumentation in this procedure. Each test 

shall be completed by individuals that specialize in these tests. 

3.2 Preparation. See each individual test in Section 4. 

3.3 Conditions. 

3.3.1 Environmental Conditions. Unless specified otherwise, all test samples shall be preconditioned for at 

least 16 h at a room temperature of 23 °C ± 3 °C and a Relative Humidity (RH) of 45% to 75%. Unless specified 

otherwise, all tests, other than ʺin processʺ tests, shall also conducted at a room temperature of 23 °C ± 3 °C 

and a RH of 45% to 75%.
