Solar energy is a real, rapidly developing sector of the energy 
market of our planet with perspective opportunities for the further 
growth in the near future. Photo energy has such a positive quality as 
ecological purity. In connection with the necessity of rational use of 
fuel, decrease of pollution of the environment and reduction of electric 
rates it is necessary to the fuel and energy complex of Russia to set the 
task of reduction of fuel consumption for power generation. In the As-
trakhan region parameters of solar radiation allow to use solar energy 
plants within 9 months. For our region it is one of the directions that 
will allow earning additional incomes in the budget of Astrakhan.
