Terms and Conditions


  1. The Carrier and driver, jointly and separately, are authorized to operate and transport their motor vehicle between its pick-up location and the destination on the auto transport order contract.



  1. Trucking damage claims are covered by carriers from $100,000 up to $250,000 cargo insurance per load and a minimum of 3/4 of a million dollars in public liability and property damage. All claims must be noted and signed for at the time of delivery and submitted in writing within 15 days after delivery.



  1. LUGGAGE and personal property must be confined to the trunk, with no heavy articles, and not to exceed 100 lbs. The Carrier is not liable for damage caused to the vehicle from excessive or improper loading personal items. For overseas shipments (including Hawaii), vehicles must be empty, except for factory-installed equipment. Any article in the vehicle will be removed at the shipper's expense.



  1. The price quoted includes a 7% discount for cash payments (credit card customers and billing accounts will be charged the total amount). Pick-up and delivery services are provided from your designated location unless any restrictions apply to residential areas. For smaller auto carriers without restrictions, pick-ups can be scheduled by appointment for an additional fee.



  1. Vehicles must be tendered to carriers in good running condition with no more than half a fuel tank. The Carrier will not be liable for damage caused by leaking fluids, freezing, exhaust systems, or antennas not tied down. Any claim for loss or damage must be noted and signed on the condition report at the time of delivery.



  1. In the case of non-operational vehicles, a fee of $150.00 will be charged. This fee will be added to the original quote if the vehicle becomes non-operational during the transportation process. US Star Trucking LLC does not agree to cover the expenses of renting a vehicle and storage fees, nor will it be held responsible for any mechanical or operational failures of your vehicle.



  1. Suppose a carrier is sent out, and the vehicle isn't ready as indicated by the shipper. In that case, an additional $75.00 will be a rescheduling fee. US Star Trucking LLC must be notified. If the shipper is unavailable for pick-up or delivery, they must have an alternate representative act on their behalf as the shipper. If, for any reason, the vehicle becomes unavailable during a scheduled pick-up window after an order has been placed, US Star Trucking LLC has the right to cancel the order without issuing a refund.




  1. Customer agrees that it will have only one agreement with one transport company at any one given time. The customer will be charged a cancellation fee of $200.00 if the transportation order is canceled with US Star Trucking LLC due to double booking with another transport company or if canceled after US Star Trucking LLC has already dispatched Carrier. Customer may cancel their order and this Agreement without penalty if US Star Trucking LLC cannot dispatch the vehicle within seven (7) days after the first available pickup date. This Agreement runs continuously for 7 days until the customer cancels its order and this Agreement.



  1. Shipper warrants that he will pay the price quoted due US Star Trucking LLC for delivered vehicles and will not seek to charge back a credit card. This agreement and any shipment hereunder are subject to all terms and conditions of the Carrier's tariff and the uniform, a straight bill of lading, copies of which are available at the office of the Carrier. US Star Trucking holds a US Department of Transportation Broker's license with the identifier MC-206532-B. This supersedes all prior written or oral representation of US Star Trucking LLC and constitutes the entire agreement between the shipper and US Star Trucking and may not be changed except in writing, signed by an officer of US Star Trucking LLC. US Star Trucking has the authorization to cancel the order at any time.



  1. The customer agrees to pay all amounts due in full for each order and any additional services according to the terms specified in the order confirmation and these TERMS. The customer is not permitted to offset, issue chargebacks, or make reductions in payment for any actual, pending, or unfiled claims, losses, delays, or damages.




  1. The Customer agrees to pay the initial agreed reservation fee in full once the Carrier has been assigned to ONLY OFFICIAL payment accounts of US Star Trucking LLC and understands that any money transactions made to external charges unrelated to that of US Star Trucking LLC WILL NOT have any legal authority and, therefore, will be declined. All customers are advised to validate the OFFICIAL payment addresses of US Star Trucking LLC by contacting our support team at usstartrucking@gmail.com before making any transaction.




  1. Customer waives any claims or defenses based in whole or in part on Customer not having read, not knowing, or not understanding these TERMS.
