The article is generally about mindfulness, its benefits and tips to how to become a mindful person in our lives.
First of all, the article is started by giving some questions that make a reader to think a little about their state of mind and thoughts. Additionally it gives basic information the term of
"mindfulness" and examples of it. After defining exactly the term, there are given some beneficial sides of being mindful. For example, mindfulness helps us to reduce high levels of stress and depression. Moreover it can be helpful to balance the lives and works of people.
