The business plan: Bowling

The bowling business plans provided to you by equipment suppliers are basically the same. However, when you "get" the document, you should stop at the following positions:

In the “Investment Costs” element, see what the cost of the tracks is and under what conditions you will receive them on a “turnkey” basis;

Pay close attention to the purchase price in the “Continuing Expenses” section - keep in mind that they are scheduled for the year;

The “income” element is probably the most important in the business plan. Note the “average employment per track” clause, as the “pessimism level” can vary significantly when calculating the hourly load from a supplier.

The average annual cost of additional services is a “disputed value; in this business plan, it’s 53 percent, not 60 percent of total revenue - which is consistent with bowling club statistics;

The "Taxes" element is fully adapted to the Tashkent taxation system. So, if the client is outside of Tashkent, you will need to edit some things.

You will probably have more questions about other positions in the business plan, but the above points should be thoroughly discussed with the supplier and require their real justification.
