The digital age:The XXI century is a necessary process in the development of civilization, which will enter the history of mankind as an information age. The point has been made that, unlike all previous periods, significant results have been achieved in the production of information processes and the acceleration of their exchange at an unprecedented rate that the last treatment has been carried out for years. With such acceleration and expansion of information processes, the global information society is trying to compete with the traditional society and “squeeze out” the former. Marshall McLuhan's term "big village" was coined for the information society. In fact, the use of socio-economic stratification of all traditional societies in the information society leads to a new stratification at the level of ownership of information communication technology. And it is concerned with global information processes, where it is precisely this character that is sharply dividing older citizens into two layers. This is the case in the case of a single nationality, but of entire states. That is, in the second half of the 1990s, "fast-thinking" and "slow-thinking" peoples against consumerism, an example of a situation in which the phrase states were sharply categorized as the same category. The problem is that the world is being divided into two classes - the rich and the poor, the backward thinkers and the modern people, and the rich and the poor, the possession of information and knowledge, or vice versa.
