In this program, priority is given to high general and professional culture, creative and social activity in the country, the strategy of educating a new generation that can solve problems independently. The head of state stressed the need for the younger generation to acquire the knowledge accumulated by world civilization, but it is obvious that this is not possible without knowing foreign languages. English is becoming more and more popular in Uzbekistan, as most of the world's scientific, technological and academic information is provided in English. This article is an introduction to the stylistics as a conceptual discipline may attempt to establish principles capable of explaining particular choices made by individuals and social groups in their use of language, such as in the literary production and reception of genre, the study of folk art, in the study of spoken dialects and registers, and can be applied to areas such as discourse analysis as well as literary criticism. However, in an online class, you cannot change your videos while the course is taking place. [2] Therefore, lesson plans work as a guide for teachers since they contain the steps to be followed during the course, the sequence of content to be taught, how each theme will be presented, the evaluation activities, evaluation methods, among other things you wish to add. Understanding by Design (UbD). It is a framework for improving student achievement through standards-driven curriculum development, instructional design, assessment and professional development ( Wiggins & McTighe, 2006) The emphasis of UbD is on "backward design", the practice of looking at the outcomes in order to design curriculum units, performance assessments, and classroom instruction. Theory-based lesson plan, seating arrangement in the classroom, monitoring class activities, and teaching experience are essential for designing and implementing lesson plans in the classroom. Findings of the study are very important for every teacher to enhance their quality of teaching and assessment technique. These are also significant for every student because it provides support to increase the engagement of learning in the classroom. One of the things that teachers have to know is about a plan in teaching learning, Harmer said that a plan gives the lesson a framework, an overall shape. It means a lesson plan will help teachers to know clearly a guideline in teaching learning process. [3] But in the fact, teachers get some problems in designing lesson plan. According to Kizlik, the most common problems in designing lesson plan in term of formulating the objective, selecting the assessment, selecting the material, selecting the instruction, and choosing teaching activity. Harmer said that a plan helps to remind teachers what they intended to do especially if they get distracted or momentarily forget what they had proposed. Additionally, Harmer said that there is important part in designing lesson plan. That is when teachers are to be observed as part of an assessment or performance review. It can help teachers get clear idea of what teachers intends to order and judge how well that the intention is carried through. [4] In other word teachers must prepare well in designing lesson plan because it has an influence whether the goal of learning run well or not. When a teacher wants to design a lesson plan. He has to make it appropriate with the curriculum which prevailed. [1] In other words, imaging scenario before act in the class is something need to do. Everything clearer than teachers directly teach without make a setting. It supports teachers to be more detailed in their preparation before teaching. Harmer said that “For teachers plan gives the lesson a framework, an overall shape”. It means that lesson plan guiding teachers to convey the teaching-learning activities systematically based on what they have prepared in lesson plan. [3] Ayres “Lesson plan is a fundamental procedure in structuring individual lesson out comes that are mutually supportive of the overall course outcomes. Lesson plans assist in structuring lesson outcomes and activities associated with those outcomes.” It means lesson plan is one tool to make specific situation in the class. In selecting the objectives for a particular lesson in history, the teacher, first of all, should see that they are worthwhile learning out-comes, pertinent to the course. Secondly, the teacher should be clear and definite in his mind about the desired learning outcomes. Lastly, the objective should be feasible. In other words, it should be attained by the procedure followed and within the time allotted for it. The subject-matter that is intended to be covered should be limited to the prescribed time. The matter must be interesting and it should be related to pupil’s previous knowledge. It should be related to daily life situations. The most appropriate method is chosen by the teacher. The method chosen should be suitable to the subject-matter to be taught. Suitable teaching aids must also be identified by the teacher. Teacher may also use supplementary aids to make his lesson more effective. Teacher must evaluate his lesson to find the extent to which he has achieved the aim of his lesson evaluation can be done even by recapitulation of subject-matter through suitable questions.
