Dialect words, vulgarisms and barbarisms in our speech are analyzed and attractive ways of speaking are shown.

Key words: vulgarism, barbarism, Hossein Vaiz Koshifi, dialect, spirituality, society, globalization, professional activity.

The power of the word is unlimited, the entire universe was created through the Arabic word "Day", and people came to faith with the word. Listening to the words of the mother, the feeling of the Motherland awakens in the young heart. It is the words that engrave hearts upon hearts and create enmity between them. Everything that a man achieves is due to his beautiful and beautiful words, and his losses are due to his harsh and hurtful words. So, a person's whole life depends on bitter and sweet words. If his words are sweet, his life will be sweet as well, no doubt.

Alisher Navoi says in "Mahbub ul-Qulub": "One of the factors that determine the manners of a person is his words and speech." In fact, speech shows the level of human knowledge and spiritual outlook. Language is the tool that creates speech. If the speech comes out beautiful and pleases people, praises the language, if it is ugly and upsets the hearts, disaster will befall the language. The speech of a person who has read a lot of books and seen a lot will be fluent and rich. He can captivate the listener. Because of their wide vocabulary, they pick up words and don't get stuck while speaking. People with beautiful speech can say what they need in a way that everyone can understand. They express their thoughts based on the context of communication and in a manner appropriate to the situation. They amuse the interlocutor with their intelligence. Do not use unnecessary, rude words. In the words of O'tkir Hashimov, they avoid talking a lot. Because of this, there are almost no incidents with them.
There is no doubt that people with speech culture will be successful at work. Because their speeches can influence people and change the situation in a positive direction. As a result, they solve problems quickly with beautiful explanations. Those who can get people to follow their words become leaders by themselves. O'tkir Hashimov's collection "Inscriptions on the edge of the notebook" contains such words: "The words of a school teacher reach thirty children. The words of Dorilfunu's teacher reach a hundred students. The words of a speaker reach a thousand listeners." goes. The word of a penman can reach ten thousand or one hundred thousand readers at once. So, his word responsibility is a thousand times more than that of others." It is known from history that in any difficult situation there is a need for orators to inspire the people. As early as centuries BC, orators such as Plato and Demosthenes, whose speeches were inspired by the spirit of patriotism, appeared. In particular, the sermons of Abu Hamid Ghazali, who lived in 1085-1111 years, a man of high knowledge and talent, have reached our hearts. In addition, it is recorded in the sources that there were countless people who gathered to listen to the sermons of Husain Vaiz Koshifi. Koshifi had a very strong knowledge and ability and oratorical skills. Husayn Boygaro and Navoi used the help of Husayn Vaiz Koshifi to convey important documents to the people.

People who do not have speech culture will have some difficulties. They cannot speak according to style and situation. Thus, the speech of people who often use vulgarisms, barbarisms, and dialectics in their speech comes out rather incomprehensible and cannot fully convey their thoughts to many people. As a result, the audience, the people, cannot focus on themselves as a whole. Sometimes, they can't convey their thoughts properly and make them feel sad.

In conclusion, since the word has such a great power, each of us should have the culture of speech, try to express our words in a short and effective way after thinking deeply. It is desirable to speak in a way that is understandable and effective for everyone, without using swearing and slang words, words and phrases from various foreign languages. After all, the word is a great weapon capable of changing the world. A person's speech is a factor that ensures his life and success in society. A simple way to acquire speech culture is to expand our vocabulary by reading a lot of fiction books and to expand our thinking by becoming familiar with science. Since we have an attractive Uzbek language, our spoken language should be beautiful as well. An easy way to get into people's hearts, to achieve success and to be remembered is to speak beautifully, having the culture of speech.
