The pie charts illustrate information about the percentage of different books which were sold by a bookseller in three years.
Overall, the sales of the Adult fiction and Children’s fiction books increased the next two years. However, there were decrease in biography and others in 1992 and 2012.
Others and biography experienced a downward trend in selling. While Both of the books were sold the most by bookseller with 25% and 20% respectively in 1972 and the next year there were fall the same by 5% to 20% and 15%. In final year their proportion went down and others and biography were responsible for 12% and 8% respectively.
This strikingly contrast the data for adult fiction and children’s fiction. The percentage of both of the books accounted for the same 20% and this figure went up to 25% and 22% respectively in 1992. In the last year there was considerable increase by 20% for adult fiction and also the purchase of children’s fiction reached 25%. As regard Travel, it was the least sold by bookseller with 15% and in the second year this figure made up 18% and in the last year there was decrease by 8%. The biggest rise in adult function corresponded with to biggest fall in others.
