The process diagram illustrates the way how ceramic pots are manufactured.
Overall, it is clear that there a total of twelve steps in the process of manufacturing ceramic pots, and it is divided two main stages: processing raw materials and dyeing them.
The process of manufacturing ceramic pots begins with digging clay via excavators and loads them onto heavy-duty lorry. These clay loads are taken to a factory where the majority stages of process are carried out. The delivered clay is smashed with two crushers and mixed with water in a large container. The next step is to pour them into molds and they are dried for 4 to 6 hours. Then the raw clay pots are removed from the mold and assembled.
The following stage is to put the clay pots into an electrical oven and heat to 1000 degrees Celsius to harden them. The pots are removed from it and painted in the Color Bucket. Then, they are putted in another oven for color firing. Finally, the pots are taken out, and can be used for intended purposes. Then, the process restarts.
