Responding to different learning styles when teaching foreign languages to young learners 1
CONCLUSION
In our country, as a rule, parents tend to send their child to study English. From the point of view of parents, this is quite justified, since it is the language of international communication. “Studying German as a second language does not discriminate against it at all, but, on the contrary, creates conditions for easier mastering it.” Our country has an extremely rich tradition of teaching German. The works of the remarkable Soviet Germanists O.I. Moskalskaya, I.I. Chernysheva, M.D. Stepanova, E.I. Shendels, V.G. Admoni became a classic back in the 1970s. Magnificent school I.L. Beam still adorns our methodological science. At the moment, for example, the teaching materials of the series "So, German!" for grades 7-8, 9-10 and 11 (authors N.D. Galskova, L.N. Yakovleva, M. Gerber, Prosveshchenie publishing house) and teaching materials of the Bridges. German after English" (based on English as FL 1) for grades 7-8 and 9-10 (authors I.L. Bim, L.V. Sadomova, T.A. Gavrilova, publishing house "AST-PRESS School" ). The purpose of this work was to reveal the general idea of the organization and specifics of teaching a foreign language for children of primary school age. Primary school age brings great opportunities in the knowledge of the world, including the means of the German language. We found that learning a foreign language is best at the age of five or eight, when children already have a fairly good command of their native language. Children of this age have a more flexible and quick memorization of language material, the absence of a language barrier, and the naturalness of communication motives. In addition, gaming activity, which prevails at an early stage of teaching foreign languages, makes almost all language units communicatively valuable. An important component of early learning of foreign languages is the correct setting of goals and objectives. The initial stage is the most important in teaching a foreign language, since it is at this stage of learning that you need to master the system of operations necessary for success in subsequent stages. One of the important tasks is to form a positive attitude towards learning a new language, towards people who speak this language and their culture. In the course of the work, the school curriculum was studied and analyzed. On its basis, the main content of early learning a foreign language was determined. At an early stage, children should master basic pronunciation skills, skills in reading and writing techniques, master lexical material. In the study of foreign languages, the organization of the learning process is very important. After analyzing the material, we can say that the most important thing in early learning of foreign languages is to structure the training in such a way as to be able to interest children and not discourage them from learning a new language for them. Here, the duration and frequency of classes, the structural construction of the lesson, the psychophysiological characteristics of children of this age, the emotional contact of the teacher and students should be taken into account. At the same time, it was found that the leading method of early learning of foreign languages is the game. She, like nothing else, is closest to the child, as it is the main activity of this age. Therefore, the game must be skillfully included by the teacher in the learning process. Teaching a foreign language should help the child feel like a person, develop intellectually and spiritually.
