There has been a great emphasis placed on the development of international and foreign trade in Uzbekistan since gaining its independence. The main reason for this high priority is that the country's main export comes from natural resources, and the limited scope of foreign partners leads Uzbekistan to a sharp change in demand and prices for natural deposits. Trade relations with developed countries play an important role in various areas such as attracting additional material and financial resources from abroad, the introduction of advanced techniques and technologies in production, filling the domestic market with a wide range of goods, the use of foreign experience in services, creating jobs and so on. Ongoing reforms introduced in this area allow providing local and international markets with products and services and at the same time, strengthen trade relations with other countries. This, in turn, increases the export of goods produced in the country in the long run.
