There is not one person who does not need or want money. However, workers clearly place more emphasis on culture and long-term concerns like leadership and growth opportunities , rather than day-to-day concerns like pay. Personally, I think having a job that does not offer anything else can not be the key to success.

Undoubtedly, top predictor of workplace is not money. Firstly, the culture and values of organization are considered as main drivers. Secondly, the quality of leadership may have more predictive power for employee satisfaction. In fact, if employers know how to motivate their workers , productivity in workplace will consequently increase. On top of these factors, the career opportunities at the company has more value for job seekers. Thus, there are many aspects that workers pay attention when evaluating potential jobs.



Furthermore, getting high salary depends on people's dedication and interest to work. First, there is a sense of personal fulfillment that must come from enjoying one's job. Generally, people can flourish when they are doing something they like. As a result, employee's satisfaction with job directly leads to decent salary. Another side to this is that sometimes rewarding jobs may not pay well at the beginning. Although, over time, the worker's enthusiasm may cause promotions , which can ultimately make the job lucrative career.

To sum up, while employees are looking for company's value, leadership qulaties or chances of job , money can not be the most important factor. However, people can make their job profitable by their passion to work. In my view,salary typically comes a month, but job satisfaction stays with people every minute of the day.
