be encouraged to develop novel, low-cost, combustion
installations and
filtration techniques that result in low particulate emissions in small-scale
applications as
well as large ones.
Finally, questions remain regarding the most environmentally
sound and affordable manner
for processing ashes from clean and contaminated biomass sources.
