INTRODUCTION
 
Some roles are rapidly changing in today's society. New occupations, new 
workers. We cannot escape the problem of staff shortages with the advancement of 
technology and education. People have always been and will always be required. 
The existence of higher education, in my opinion, indicates a person's education. 
Exactly earned from their expertise and labors, and not purchased with money. When 
a person acquires a higher education, even if it is for a charge, he becomes competent 
in many areas of life, including computer (information), social, educational, and 
many others. 
The present US education system, which has evolved in response to 
institutional, financial, and social forces, is distinguished by a number of 
characteristics that set it apart from Western European norms. There is no unified 
state education system in the United States; each region has the ability to design its 
own framework. 
The US education system includes: 
✓ preschool institutions where children aged 3-5 years are brought up; 
✓ elementary school (grades 1-8) for children aged 6-13, 
✓ secondary school (grades 9-12) with the task of teaching boys and girls aged 
14-17; 
✓ educational institutions of the last level of education that are part of the higher 
education system. 
Considering major changes in the nation's economic job market, higher education 
in Uzbekistan does not correlate to the current employment situation. First and

foremost, this was owing to the platform's tardy reaction to significant alterations in 
the country's politics and economy. To present, the state's government has 
established a big target for the academic curriculum: to attain a contemporary degree 
and completely conform with global standards.
