I am writing this letter to bring to your attention that we are not satisfied with the residential cleaning services you have provided in our two-story townhouse in Dallas, TX, on July 22, 2030.
As per our agreement and the paid amount, you were supposed to provide pest control services through fumigation. However, the caretaker who was present during the entire cleaning process said the assigned cleaners did not do such a procedure within the property. The said issue was also raised to the team, but they did not provide any justifiable reason.
In this regard, we would like to ask for a full refund for the amount paid for the supposed fumigation process within ten (10) days after the receipt of this letter.
