To Whom it may concern,
I, Farkhod Mukhamedov, am a professor and dean of the Finance Faculty at Tashkent Institute of Finance. It is a great pleasure for me to recommend one of my gifted students – Feruza Kudratova.
I have known her for the last four years since I first met freshmen students during orientation week. Currently, she is a senior student majoring in finance in the Finance Faculty and has been an outstanding student since the beginning of her studies in 2019. As a dean of the Finance Faculty, I have had the opportunity to closely observe her academic performance and her passion for the subjects.
Feruza is a highly skilled student with excellent knowledge and public speaking abilities, often impressing her classmates and teachers with creative and well-prepared presentations. She has consistently achieved high marks in all her subjects and she has conducted a mini-research in the field of digital banking by analyzing economic indicators of the banking system in Uzbekistan, and published two articles and a monograph in our nationally accredited journals with my guidance. She is also a dedicated student who frequently seeks out additional sources of information and actively participates in business seminars and social activities.
I can confidently rank her as a student who belongs to the top 1% of the students I have guided throughout my teaching career. Her self-discipline, sense of responsibility, and eagerness to acquire new knowledge are commendable and her punctuality is truly remarkable – she has never been late for classes. Because of having these qualities and good academic background during her undergraduate years, she has been awarded a Government Scholarship named after Alisher Navoi, which was given to only six students out of 10301 students at Tashkent Institute Finance in a 2022-2023 academic year.
Feruza is a really motivated student to study because she wants to continue her education at the European top universities by expanding her knowledge and horizon. Additionally, as she adapts to any situation and environment very quickly, it would be easy for her to explore European culture and lifestyle.
