V. Recommendations
Based on the findings of the study, the following recommendations are provided for IT equipment repair workshop managers and policymakers:

VII. Limitations and Future Research
This study has several limitations that should be acknowledged. Second, the study only evaluated the short-term effects of the AMIS implementation. Future research should assess the long-term effects of the AMIS on repair activities and overall workshop performance.
