Topic: Some people think that exercise is the key to health while others feel that having a balanced diet is more important.

The argument of whether physically movements are more necessary for health than fitness diet or not is one of the controversial topics nowadays. Both of these views have merit, as I will mention some of them in the following paragraphs.


On the one hand, The group of people who are in favor of the idea which exercises are better it claim that sporty activity is essential for human’ health to improve. By doing this, people might achieve to strange of their part of the body such as bones, muscles and skins. In addition, exercise provide with a good circulation because all parts of body participate in this event. This case means, heart diseases decline. What is also worth mentioning is, according to searches, running during 20 minutes is more beneficial than best heart medicine for humans
On the other hand, some people believe that balanced diet is important in the life style. Because our body always require value products such as calories, vitamins from us and there are this species of food in balanced diet. Moreover, the eating routine to help high quality development of our body, and we don’t receive any damaged products in the diet.
In conclusion, despite some benefits, in my opinion that, a person should keep balance between physically exercise and health diet.
