- achieved control of the porous structure of the
filler and its physical and
mechanical properties by changing the number of components in the charge;
- improved energy-efficient technology for the
production of multi-porous
aggregate, taking into account the influence of the raw materials used and technological
factors;
- substantiated the mechanism of formation of the structure of cement stone under
the influence of mineral and chemical additives using physical and chemical methods.
The practical results of the study are as follows developed artificial porous
aggregates using bentonite and carbonized clay with different average density of 280-
300 kg/m3 and 700 kg/m3 and strength of 2.54 MPa and 11.44 MPa, respectively;
- substantiated the possibility of producing lightweight concrete of the required
class by replacing the amount of Portland cement with 30%
fly ash and adding the
chemical additive Poliplast SP-3;
- heat-insulating and structural-heat-insulating
concrete products based on
artificial porous fillers of a new composition were produced.
Reliability of the results of the study. The reliability of the research results lies
in the fact that the research was carried out using modern methods and tools to create
highly efficient resource-saving porous aggregates and lightweight concrete based on
them, that the results of the experiment were implemented
on the basis of building
codes and regulations, that the calculation was carried out using a computer program,
and the results of experimental and theoretical studies are correlated and implemented
in practice.
