Practical significance of the research results is explained by realistic
estimation of construction and performance properties of three-layer reinforced
concrete panels with ultra-light concrete thermal insulation layer as a result of
application of calculation method of elastically connected reinforcement rods length
in suspended panels and optimal, in design practice, thickness of thermal insulation
layer providing strength, deflection, crack resistance and thermal insulation properties
of the panels.
A sample of three-layer panels with a middle layer of insulating arbolite has
been manufactured, tested and implemented at CONCRET BUILD LLC (Ex. No. 03-
07/01-2337 for 2022 of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of
Karakalpakstan). As a result, an increase in strength of insulating three-layer arbolite
panels up to 15 %, and an increase in deflection and crack resistance properties up to
10 % were achieved;
Three-layer panels with elastic bonded reinforcement and the middle layer of
insulating arbolite have been implemented in "QQGORSELPROYEKT" LLC (source
№ 03-07/01-2337 for 2022 of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of
Karakalpakstan). As a result, compared to the technical aspects, a 17.2% reduction in
the cost per 1 m³ of the product was achieved compared to traditional single-layer
expanded clay aggregate panels and 11.5% compared to three-layer panels with a
mineral wool insulation layer.
Composition and scope of the thesis. The thesis consists of an introduction,
five chapters, a conclusion, a list of references and appendices. The thesis is 120
pages long.
