Implementation of research results. Based on the scientific results obtained 
by improving marketing communications in the market of passenger services: 
In order to develop marketing communications strategy of the railway 
passenger transport system, especially on railway routes with high flow of foreign 
tourists, the proposal to adapt the interior of wagons to their needs through optimal 
segmentation was implemented by Order No. 257-M of JSC "Uztemiryolyolovchi" 
(JSC "Uzbekistan Railways" 2020 September 4, 2020 No 09 / 10-27). As a result 
of the introduction of this proposal in the marketing activities of the enterprise, the 
number of passengers increased by 3.3%; 
The proposal of improving the approach to assess the marketing and 
communication potential of railway enterprises, taking into account the 
strengthening of the quality of personnel working in the marketing structures of the 
industry, was introduced by the order of JSC "Uztemiryolyolovchi" No. 257 M 
(Reference of JSC "Uzbekistan Railways" September 4, 2020 No 09 / 10-27). As a 
result of the implementation of this method in the marketing function of the 
enterprise, based on the marketing potential, an increase in passenger turnover was 
achieved by 1.3% 
According to the author's approach to strengthening the effectiveness of 
marketing communications and the quality of marketing staff in railway services,

the forecast parameters of passenger turnover in the industry until 2025 were used 
in forecasting the company's marketing activities with an order No. 257-M of JSC 
"Uztemiryolyolovchi".( Reference of JSC "Uzbekistan Railways" September 4, 
2020 No 09 / 10-27). As a result, an opportunity to develop marketing programs 
and passenger flow forecasts of joint-stock companies was created till 2025. 
The proposal of covering marketing and communication costs of
"Uztemiryolyolovchi" through the establishment of shops and service outlets on 
lease terms of areas that can be used within the construction and sanitary-
epidemiological norms without affecting the mode of service at railway stations 
introduced with an order of No257M of JSC "Uztemiryolyolovchi" (Reference of 
JSC "Uzbekistan Railways" September 4, 2020 No 09 / 10-27). As a result of the 
implementation of this innovation, an additional 25% of the annual cost of 
marketing communications activities of the joint-stock company was achieved;
