Topicality and relevance of the dissertation topic. 
Over the last 15-20 
years, significant changes have been observed in the development of the textile 
industry. As a result of the globalization of the economy, the center of textile 
production has moved from Europe and the USA to the countries of the third 
world, in particular, the countries of South-East, Central Asia, and South America. 
According to the information of the Bloomberg agency, ―as a result of the dry 
weather of 2022, many fields that could produce cotton have dried up, as a result, 
the average price of cotton in the world has increased by 30%, and the price of 
fabric and clothing products has increased by 20-30%‖.

While most developing 
countries with low per capita annual GDP have a booming textile industry, middle-
income countries are supplying themselves as well as nearby regional markets with 
textiles.
 
The object of the research work the 
textile and sewing-knitting enterprises 
within the association "Uztoqimachiliksanoat" of the Republic of Uzbekistan, in 
particular "REAL TEKS TASHKENT" LLC, "Nishon cluster Texxizmat MTP", 
"ASAKATEXTILE" LLC.
 
The scientific novelty of the research is as follows: 
"REAL TEKS TASHKENT" LLC cotton-textile enterprise cluster is based on 
the proposal to prevent the transfer of investment flows to other industries and 
sectors by ensuring intermediate levels of production efficiency coefficients of

factors at the optimal ratio of leased use of idle production capacities of existing

Based on complex methods aimed at increasing the production volume and
