Implementation of results of a research:
As a result of the tests carried out, it was found that heterocomposite polymer
coatings with a thickness of 1.0-1.5 mm ensure operability on straight sections of
conveyors. The following results were obtained in the process of testing and
implementation:
- to increase the productivity of technological equipment by 10-15%;
-increase the service life of technological equipment by 30-35% by protecting
them from corrosion and wear;
- to reduce the amount of defects in the fiber by an average of 0.45-0.90%;
- to reduce the fragmentation of seeds by 6-10%;
- to improve labor safety and environmental friendliness by reducing the noise
level of the technological process by 2-3 times and the degree of dustiness by 1.2-
1.5 times.
Thus, we can conclude that the obtained results of pilot production tests show
the advisability of introducing polyfunctional anti-friction-wear-resistant, anti-
corrosion heterocomposite coatings on the working surfaces of parts of
technological equipment for primary cotton processing. For screw conveyors, it is
advisable to use coatings up to 2 mm, and for pneumatic conveyors (pipes) - coatings
1.0-1.5 mm thick from polyfunctional composite polymer materials or parts made
from them.
Economic efficiency (at prices of 2017-2018) was achieved due to an increase
in the service life of technological equipment (by 32.5%) in the amount of 160
million soums, a decrease in mechanical damage to cotton fiber (by an average of
0.45-0.90% ), reducing damage to seed fragmentation (by 6-10%). The expected
economic effect was achieved - 857 million soums.
The structure and scope of the dissertation.
The structure of the dissertation consists of introduction, four chapters,
conclusion, list of used literature, applications. The volume of the dissertation is 120
pages.
