The Scientific novelty of the research is as follows:
For the first time in the Sayhunabad district of Syrdarya region, the laws of
distribution of collector-drainage waters in the active layer of soil using stable and
radioactive isotopes for irrigation of cotton with collector drainage water;
developed a nuclear-physical method for determining the dynamics of water
absorption in active soils with weak salinity;
improved technology of collector-drainage water use for irrigation of cotton
crops on weak saline soils;
a computer program for calculating water absorption regularities in the active
soil layer;
A mathematical model was developed to determine the dynamics of water
absorption in the active soil layer of cotton.
Introduction of research results. Based on the results obtained to improve the
use of collector-drainage water for cotton irrigation:
The laws of imposing collector-drainage water on collector-drainage
irrigation of cotton in Saykhunabad district of Syrdarya region are introduced by the
Lower Syrdarya Irrigation Systems Basin Administration under Shuruzak Nurli Farm
under the Ministry of Water Resources. (Certificate of the Ministry of Water
Management No. 04/25-2898 of July 20, 2019). As a result, 567 m3 / ha water was
saved during vegetation control and cotton yield was 4.68 t / ha higher.
The technology of efficient use of collector-drainage water for irrigating cotton
on weak saline soils is introduced into the Sobirboy Mansurboy farm by the Lower-
Syrdarya Irrigation Systems Department under the Ministry of Water. (Certificate of
the Ministry of Water Management No. 04/25-2898 of July 20, 2019). As a result,
optimal options for the use of collector-drainage water as an additional source have
been developed, allowing for the reduction of crop yields.

active sedimentary soils with low salinity The Ministry of Water Management, dated
July 20, 2019, no. Reference No. 04/25-2898). As a result of introduction of
innovative technologies in cotton irrigation with collector-drainage water, 13-14% of
water was saved and net income of 1,150,000 soums per hectare.
