1. Content of science
It should be noted that the tourism is an important role in the development of the economies of the countries and the regions and is one of the priority sectors of the 21st century. Among the Country Tourism and Hospitable Industry, the Tourism Industry is a topical training that can meet the qualifying staff to meet the workshop staff.
Taking this into account, personnel are being trained in the fields of education "Tourism (international and domestic tourism)" and "Organization and management of the hotel industry". In this regard, the teaching of the subject "Tourism: theory and practice" is also important in the field of higher educational institutions in the field of tourism, State educational standards and the block of specialized subjects in the curriculum.
The goals and tasks of science
The purpose of science is to reveal the essence of tourism; to determine the development path, experience, and current problems of tourism; to explain the economic, political, spiritual and social importance of tourism; It is to teach the development of Uzbekistan and the world tourism business task of science is the essence of concepts about travelers and tourists; clarify information about the classification and types of the tourism industry ; provide an understanding of the resources of the tourism sector; distinguish between services and products in the field of tourism; highlighting the importance of the tourism industry and infrastructure; to teach modern trends in the development of ecological, gastronomic and rural tourism; processes of management and marketing research in tourism services; Providing information about the state policy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the field of tourism; explanation of the procedure for licensing, certification and standardization of tourism services.
