Objectives: to do physical exercise and to energise the pupils;to introduce another physical activity.
STEP 1: Say that you are going to teach another physical activity.Ask the pupils to look at the pictures and listen to yourcommands. You can also play the DVD to show how to do theactivity.
Say:
1 Hands up!
2 Hands down!
3 Hands on hips!
4 Sit down!
5 Stand up!
6 Hands to the sides!
7 Bend to the left!
8 Bend to the right!
Check that the pupils understand all commands correctly.
STEP 2: Ask the pupils to stand up and follow your commands.Say all commands in order as in the pictures. Say themseveral times: first slowly then faster and faster.
