If you have done these exercises honestly and thoroughly, you know a great deal more about
yourself than most people ever do, and should have a pretty good idea about what causes you to
experience pain and pleasure in your life.
If you have skipped these exercises, you might ask yourself if you aren't worth discovering what
beliefs you currently have. They will provide interesting comparisons to the beliefs I will be talking
about in the next chapter.
