Introduction
Education gives creativity to the spirituality of the people of Uzbekistan, all the best opportunity of the growing generations are manifested in it, their profession and skills are continuously improved, the wise experience of the older generation is understood and inherited by the younger generation.1
Of course, from the above we understand that no nation, no population can be imagined without education in the 21st century. Because only where education and upbringing are high, there will be development and growth.
Everyone understands well that education and upbringing is the most important and priority issue that decides not only today's but also tomorrow's fate of any country and society.2
By the way, because of the strong focus on English in the world, also in Uzbekistan, there is a lot of attention to this language. Because now Uzbekistan
supports the policy of openness, actively enters the world market, improves
relations with foreign countries, expands international cooperation, and this is what
creates the need to know foreign languages, especially English. In Uzbekistan, in
2016, education was conducted in foreign languages in only 7 higher educationa institutions, and now this number has increased to 25.3
English is one of the oldest languages and it is currently the second most spoken language after Chinese, which proves how important English is to students. That is why, since 2011, English has been taught in Uzbekistan from elementary school age. As a global language, English is taught as a second language in many
countries of the world, including Uzbekistan. And the main reason for teaching
English is to prepare young people to learn more knowledge, show themselves in many places, and introduce their country. Therefore, in Uzbekistan, great attention
is being paid to the development of this language, and opportunities are being
created as much as possible.
In other words, It is time to establish a new system of foreign language teaching
in our country, which will be a solid foundation for the future. Since we have set
ourselves the goal of building a competitive country, from now on school, college
and university graduates must have a perfect knowledge of at least two foreign
languages. After all, today it is difficult to achieve great results without learning a
foreign language. Therefore, it is necessary to pay great attention to learning foreign languages in the educational system.4
