How long does it take to ship the vehicle?
I need max 3 days to get a carrier for your vehicle but it does not mean it takes exactly 3 days because I’ve seen orders dispatched in an hour or two, you know it is road business and nobody can guarantee for that in this industry. Once your vehicle is picked up it takes about 1000000 days to deliver on this route, if you’re interested please let me know, Thanks Marco
Payment
After the confirmation of a carrier, deposit of $100 will be paid to me online (I'll send an invoice) and the rest of the money which is $650 will be paid to the driver at the delivery address in cash, cashier’s check, money order or company check. Thanks Marco
Insurance
Your vehicle will be insured against any transport damage caused by driver negligence. Our drivers carry a minimum of $500,000 in liability insurance. Each driver is also required to carry a minimum of $100,000 or more in cargo insurance (depending on the size of truck the vehicle is being transported on) Enclosed carriers require more cargo insurance.
PERSONAL ITEMS
Yes, you are allowed to put up to 100 lbs. of personal belongings in your vehicle. It must be confined to the trunk area and must be well secured. All personal items in the vehicle are placed there at the owner’s risk, they are not covered by the truck’s insurance. We do not recommend packing electronics, breakable items or valuable items. An additional fee of $100 will be charged per 100 lbs. if you put more than 100 lbs. into your vehicle.

Cancellation Fee


After confirm if it likely to be impossible to get cancellation fee:
I confirmed you a driver but you rejected it and you did not follow the rules which is written on the contract, I'll keep $100 as the cancellation fee but as a matter of fact that it should be $200 in total according to the contract, if you try to refund your money I'll go to court for my legal $200 as we still have the contract, Thanks Marco

Hello this is Marco with US Star Trucking, you said 11th is ok for Pick up so I secured the spot for you, but now you're going to cancel the order, I have to pay the driver for reschedule fee for your order you're causing an inconvenience situation for me. On the other hand, we have the contract according to the contract you have to pay $200 as the cancellation fee, You've paid me $100 as my deposit so now if you want to cancel the order you have to pay $100 extra as cancellation fee, please text me or call me and I'll send an invoice for $100 to cancel the order.
Please do not make the situation harder than that as it is legal and I have the right for getting my cancellation fee.
