Protecting the personal data that you share with the Bot is one of our top priorities. Details can be found in
our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement.
Our Privacy Policy is based on 7 key principles to protect your personal data:

applicable law and in a transparent manner.

Responsibility: @wallet collects and processes personal data with your consent to comply with legal
obligations to which @wallet is subject or when we have assessed that it is necessary for purposes of a
legitimate interest pursued by @wallet or a third party who may need to disclose information. We
collect and process personal data when it is necessary to fulfill our agreements with Customers in order
to provide a fully functional service and appropriate facilities. Data collection is necessary to maintain
contact with our customers and to ensure the stability of the service and its optimization. Collecting
personal information helps us ensure the security of our Customers, the Bot, and third parties. We may
also use your personal information to send important notices, such as messages about purchases and
changes to our terms, conditions, and policies, as this information is important to your interaction with
@wallet.
You give @wallet your explicit consent to the processing of your personal data, including your telephone
number, URL-photo and your username and profile name in your Telegram account, as well as any other
information you voluntarily provide to @wallet for the purpose of providing the Services.

When you use the @wallet Service, we may collect technical information about your computer, mobile
device, or another access device for fraud prevention purposes in order to monitor possible non-compliance
with this policy or the commission of illegal activity through the use of the Service. You may give us access
to certain personal information held by third parties. We recommend that you update it from time to time to
ensure that your personal data remains accurate and up-to-date.
We keep the personal data we collect for the period necessary to achieve our purposes or for the period
required by law.
We undertake to process, record, store, use, and transfer the personal data provided by providing physical,
