9.1. If you have any complaints about the use of your data, please let us know and/or make a complaint
using the contact details below. We will investigate immediately and inform you of the outcome.
9.2. Complaints should be written in English in a comprehensive manner and contain sufficient detail and a
clear description of the complaint. @wallet will not be able to handle requests that are incomprehensible or
in languages other than English.
9.3. You can also lodge a complaint with the competent territorial supervisory authorities, but if the
complaint has not been sent to us in advance, we can use this fact as evidence of your unwillingness to settle
the matter out of court.
