  1. Repetition is the best way to remember words

What reading strategies do you know?
Teacher: To improve students' reading comprehension, teachers should introduce the seven cognitive strategies of effective readers: activating, inferring, monitoring-clarifying, questioning, searching-selecting, summarizing, and visualizing-organizing.
There are also 3 reading strategies which are skimming, scanning, reading intensively
Can you tell me the DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SYLLABUS AND CURRICULUM?
Teacher: If I am not mistaken, syllabus – for the students. Curriculum – for the teachers.
What are the stages of the lesson?
Teacher: They are Pre while and post activities
If I have to teach vocabulary for elementary level, what useful ways can you suggest?
Teacher: They should watch cartoons with English vocabulary.
What kind of difficulties did you notice in your students’ vocabulary learning?
Teacher: Kinds of difficulties faced by students in vocabulary learning were various:

  1. almost all of the students have difficulties in pronouncing words

  2. how to write and spell

  3. different grammatical form of a word known as inflections was one of the causes of students difficulties in learning vocabulary

  4. difficulties in choosing the appropriate word to express desired meaning

  5. confusion in using words, based on context

  6. confusion with idiomatic expressions
