Features and scope of application:
Sesame cleaning machine is composed of power, transmission part, spiral mixing part,
cleaning box, discharge device and sewage device. It is a special equipment for sesame
cleaning.

Working principle:
1.Sesame is usually planted on hills, dunes, hillsides and sandy land. When it is ripe and
harvested, sesame shell will open, sand and soil will fall into sesame shell, and processing
and cleaning will take time.
2.Sesame cleaning machine is designed and manufactured according to the characteristics
of sesame. This machine is equipped with a spiral agitator, which can continuously agitate
and promote sesame.
3.After sufficient agitation, sesame is gradually cleaned. Combined with the characteristics
of low proportion of sesame, sewage, impurities and clean sesame materials are divided
into three levels.
4.Save labor and water, and realize continuous production, sesame food industry is the
ideal processing equipment.

Installation and operation:
1. Place the device in a proper position and lock the roller of the machine foot to prevent the
device from moving during operation.
2. Switch on the power supply and check the steering of the equipment.
3, connect the water source, open the inlet pipe valve and sewage valve. Adjust the water
inlet and outlet, so that the discharge of the sewage valve is greater than 1/3 of the water
inlet, and 2/3 of the water is discharged from the discharge port.
4, start the equipment, feeding can be produced.
5, the equipment motor is selected as a stepless variable speed motor, which can adjust
the speed according to the cleaning situation. Note that the motor speed control handle
must be rotated when the motor is started to prevent damage to the reducer.
6. The feeding device should be a container with good leakage, or a dryer.
Maintenance and repair:
1. After finishing the work every day, remove the residue in the machine.
2. Fill the bearing and transmission chain with lubricating grease regularly to avoid
corrosion.
Matters needing Attention:
1, ensure that the motor rotation direction is correct, do not reverse.
2. When the machine is working, it is forbidden to touch the rotating parts such as the
feeder and stirring screw with hands or sharp metal tools, so as to avoid injury or damage to
the equipment.
3. A little sesame will be discharged from the sewage outlet, and a container with good
leakage should also be connected for centralized treatment after collection.
4. When the equipment is sealed, it is necessary to ensure that the bearing and
transmission chain are filled with lubricating grease, and be waterproof and moisture-proof.
