What is customs warehouse and how this definition?

I will briefly describe the procedure for using this mode

The customs warehouse is a specially equipped and designated place, which includes the territory of buildings and open areas, and is designed for storage of goods under the control of the customs warehouse, there are open and closed types.

According to the Customs Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, which has been in force since 2016, Chapter 14 is devoted to the Customs warehouse and consists of 10 articles. Articles 290-299

Articles 90 to 99
According to Article 90 of the Marquis Code, a customs warehouse is defined as follows:
Goods and means of transport imported into the customs territory and intended for export from the customs territory shall be stored in special places without payment of duties and taxes.
The documents required for placing goods and means of transport under the customs warehouse regime are set out in Article 92. These are: customs cargo declaration and cargo tracking documents
The period of storage of goods in this mode is 3 years.

While the goods are stored in this mode, the owner of the goods has the right to change their location, take samples and specimens, prepare for sale and transportation, take action to improve their quality, notifying the customs authority.
