1. You have promised your boss that you will work some extra hours next weekend. Due to a family problem, you will be unable to fulfil your promise. Write a letter of apology to your boss explaining your reasons and promising to make it up to him/her.

The reason I am writing this letter is to apologize for the inconvenience which will be caused by me. Last week, I promised you that I would be work some extra hours next weekend. However, due to the family issues, I will not be available next weekend. I am taking my little son Darius to the hospital for health check-up.
I hope you will understand my condition and will not consider me as a untrustful person. Besides, I think I will have free time after the next weekend and I will manage paperworks at this coming time.

However, there was an incident that I suddenly dropped dish on the plate to your expensive Uzbek rug. I would like to offer my sincere apologies for the inconvenience that I caused. As a sign of goodwill I want to offer cleaning that rug or buy exactly same one for you.

In many countries today there are many highly qualified graduates without employment. What factors may have caused this situation and what, in your opinion, can/should be done about it? Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience
Nowadays, most highly qualified personnels are remaining unemployed. There are some reasons which lead to this situation, and in this essay I am going to give some solutions and examples to minimize the cause. Firstly, main reason why new graduates can not find suitable job for themselves is the high rate of elder people who are at the retirement age but continue working. Secondly, corruption which is common in government authorities closes oppourtunities for young people who are eager to work. Thirdly, low amount of private sector also cause unemployment of graduates. In order to decrease the rate of nonemployment among newly graduated personnels, the government should take the issue to his own hands and to enhance private sector and enterprice which can provide many work places. Also, authorities must abolish corruption and other job-related crimes from the country. To conclude, I want to say that so as to reduce unemployment in highly qualified graduates, it is essential to give more privilige to private industry.

situation. Educational attitudes and some laws are contributing factors in
unpleasant
situation of unemployment. In the
first
place, a lack of balance between the

of alumni and openings might be considered as an effective reason
in
vast unemployment.
In other words

of former university students overweighs the
number
of professional vacancies.
Secondly
, some employers have a great enticement to reduce their expenses,
as a
result
tend to recruit staffs as few as possible and force the employees to overwork in order to accomplish the workloads. To tackle
this
issue,
policy makers
, especially the ones who are in charge of adjusting
educational
system, should have definite statistics of potential industrial, medical and other professional occupations in order to admit enough students to the universities. By applying
this
long-term policy the
number
of university graduates and vacancies will be congruent. As an added remedy, a brand new
labor
law should be ratified or at least the current laws should be redressed to restrict the authority of employees in applying mandatory
over-time
working to their workforces.
Therefore
, employers will be obliged to recruit
sufficient
number
of degree owners that obviously decreases
unemployment
rate. In conclusion, more demands of
job
in comparison with work opportunities might
by
caused by lack of long-term student-admitting policies and employers over-authorities .
