Writing task 1

WRITING TASK 1.

The given bar compares the percentages of female who were school graduates entered to higher school in 1980 and 2005 among 5 countries (UK, USA Australia, South Korea and France).
Overall, it can be clearly seen that the highest amount of women school-leavers and going into tertiary education owned to Australia. Another interesting point, Australia showed the same rate in both 1980 and 2015.
Firstly, in UK and USA, that degree stood at approximately 35 % and 37% ,respectively, in 1980. By 2015, it recovered significantly and was about 55% and just below 60%, in turn.
Secondly, Australia had roughly equal proportion in both of period (1980 and 2015) like just bellow 60%. It didn’t observed a remarkable rise in France. It changed from 50% to well bellow 60% in the given period.
Finally, There was significant increase in South Korea. During this period, it doubled and increased from 15% to 30%.
