Some people think that the government is wasting money on the arts and that this money could be better spent 
elsewhere. 
It is commonly believed it will be suitable when countries pay more attention to social issues,healthcare centres, 
education rather than arts.In my opinion,government should invest lots of money in the most important things 
instead of arts. 
For certain reasons,some people consider that art is one of the most significant things in social life and also they 
think that art should be spent lots of fundings for its needs.In fact, learning art may have huge range of 
advantages in different ways. For example,art is a way to express ideas and communicate concepts and by 
learning art people can think quickly in most situations and can be inspired,motivated to the life, because art can 
encourage creativity and promotes Harmony in society.For these reasons, government should provide artists 
with variety of helps such as investing some money. This is because that some artists can not able to work 
without government fundings. 
However, there are other things in the life that people require more than arts so that is why more money should 
be spent on environmental problems, healthcare centres, schools and charities.Those that is mentioned above 
are considered as people's basic needs and they should be put before luxurious such as art.And the reason why 
it does not have to be invested lots of money on arts by government is that there are enough wealthy 
patronsaround to subsidize the arts. 
In conclusion,it is true that art plays an fundamental role in terms of increasing some positive expressions.I do 
feel ,however, the advantages of arts can not outweigh the other necessary things such as environment, 
education,health services.
