   Metrics are used to measure overall business performance during given period of time. Most features show data about customers’ requirements and how a business affect to satisfy customer needs and business operational records. Efficiency MIS metrics are: MIS efficiency metrics measures the performance of MIS transactional speed, and system availability as well. Efficiency indicates information about the extent to a firm that uses its resources in an optimal way to maximize information database of a firm or a business. Efficiency is highlighted as doing things right. Efficiency of MIS metrics focus on the doing right things..
   

MIS Effectiveness metrics measures the impact that MIS has on business processes and activities which includes customer satisfaction and customer conversion rates. Effectiveness is focused on how well a firm achieves its goals and objectives. Effectiveness is addressed as doing the things right. Effectiveness MIS metrics are determined according to an organization’s goals, strategies and objectives.

   Every organization should always highlight the importance of ethics and ethical concepts. Furthermore, there are also information ethics and information security that always should be taken into consideration.
   

Information ethics is the ethical and moral issues that define usage of information technology in working place and condition, its creation, duplication, distribution, share and processing of information itself whereas information privacy is the right that you have total control over your personal possessions, information.
Data privacy, also known as information privacy, is a component of data protection that denotes the appropriate handling of sensitive data in regard to storage, encryption, maintenance, intractability, and access as well.
Information security and ethics are both important factors. Secured information system also allows you to closely work with your clients. They will believe your strong strategic system and find it easy to let you know gather further data about them.
