A partnership is an association of two or more persons to carry on a business for profit as co owners . There are two kinds of partnerships general and limited. An agreement to operate as a partnership can be written, but unlike a corparation or limited partnership ,there is no requierment that any documents be filed with any govermental authority.The agreement may even be implied from conduct despite a written agreement to the contrary.
