I have known him for the last two years in my capacity as a senior teacher at Tashkent State University of Economics and taught him several subjects, namely diplomacy, business strategies, and management. He has always been full of drive both inside and outside of academic life. I would like to recommend him for some apparent reasons. I would rank him as a student who belongs to the top 1% of the students I have guided throughout my teaching career. He is commended on his self-discipline, sense of responsibility, and eagerness to acquire new knowledge. His punctuality makes him distinct; it was next to rare to see him be late for my classes. He says that being an early bird and having a deliberate preparation is of the essence. During the class, Sirojiddin stayed receptive and at the same time spiced up my lessons with his bright ideas and reasonable counter-arguments. I regard him as an assertive critical thinker. Even if students were inundated with assignments, he had never failed to meet deadlines. He earned superior grades in my classes and completed them with enviable marks. To be more specific, Sirojiddin submitted all the assigned projects with excellence. One project that he accomplished and amazed me was a presentation about Slovakia’s Economic circumstance in the course of international economics. Sirojiddin gave a twenty-minute articulate speech on past and current economic indicators followed by a neat series of slides designed using the Canva application. Sirojiddin demonstrated not only his computer literacy but also his analytical and research skills in the sense that he diligently identified reasons for the numbers. That was the time he started standing out in the class. In addition to the above, he also proved himself resourceful and adaptable. He constantly sought for supplementary materials to gain a deeper knowledge of the subject. I remember during the lockdown caused by COVID-19, students struggled to study online mode, however, Sirojiddin quickly adapted to the situation and continued his education remotely. I also know him as a proactive and versatile person in social life. Sirojiddin voluntarily launched an English course for his peers at the university. This project was a success as his students were able to hit the B2-C1 level in English. Furthermore, Sirojiddin does not miss scientific conferences and meetings. Strong determination and passion radiate from him wherever he attends. His willingness to contribute was the reason why Sirojiddin established a rapport with faculty members. Once we organized a research competition among students, where Sirojiddin zealously joined as an organizer and helped with the project. Furthermore, Sirojiddin is not a person who is limited by academic matters; following his passion and interests, after his university classes, he attends a guitar course. I believe this is good for him to build a strong network. As an educator, I strongly endorse Sirojiddin. He already has sufficient intellect, passion, and determination to become a promising candidate for the National scholarship of Slovakia. I do recommend him without reservation, considering his academic, personal qualities, and capabilities. Sincerely, Zebo Kuldasheva 25.10.2022 Download 330.95 Kb. Do'stlaringiz bilan baham: |
